Buenas, quisiera saber cual es el porcentaje de asimilacion de la proteina del pescado , especificamente del jurel y caballa, sino de cualquier pescado en general.
Se que en 100 gr hay 19 gr de proteina pero quisiera saber cuanto logro asimilar de esos 19 gr.
Ya busque en google y no doy con la respuesta.
