hemos añadido vídeo clips de algunas clases para que podáis echarle un vistazo a lo que nuestros estudiantes hacen durante las mismas. Podréis ver como los instructores enseñan clases privadas y a pequeños grupos en castellano e inglés, e incluso los vídeos de los seminarios de Kettlebells del 2007 ¡con muy buena música de fondo!

We are back!!
We've just got done with our NEW site with more info about the instructors, classes, articles, training, photos and a FREE newsletter that will start the first of the year.
The newsletter will be filled with both martial arts, fitness information and cupons for the bcnma online store, classes and seminars!
Also ...
We added Class Video Clips so people can take a look at what people really do in classes. You can see the instructors work in both English and Spanish as they teach privates, small groups and even seminar!!! We also included some Great Bonus music videos of our Barcelona kettlebell seminars from 2007!!!
