CURSO DE VERANO DE KARATE EN JAVEA/ JAVEA SUMMER COURSE

El Club de Karate Washinkai de Javea abre sus puertas para un Curso de Verano en Javea el 3 de julio de 2006.
Profesores Geovanny Sánchez y Ray Sweeney impartirán clases a principios y avanzados a partir de 8 años y adultos en el Palau d’Esports de Javea 4 veces por semana hasta el 8 de septiembre.
Es un estilo de karate seguro y sin contacto, llamado Wado Ryu, que incluye técnicas de control como llaves, caídas, barridas, lanzamientos y trabajo en el suelo así como golpes de pie y mano.
Los estudiantes aprenderán defensa personal al mismo tiempo que los 7 aspectos de carácter de un karate-ka: el Respeto, la Humildad, la Honestidad, la Responsabilidad, la Cortesía, la Integridad y la Ecuanimidad.

Club Deportivo Washinkai Karate of Javea are offering a Summer Course in Javea from the 3rd July 2006.
Senseis Ray Sweeney and Geovanny Sanchez will be teaching classes from beginners to advanced 4 times per week in the Javea Municipal Sports Centre up to the 8th September.
Washinkai is a Wado based style which is safe and non-contact, which includes control techniques such as locks, throws, chokes and sweeps as well as the traditional punches and kicks of karate.
Students will learn self-defence as well as the 7 aspects of character of a karateka: Respect, Humility, Honesty, Responsibility, Courtesy, Integrity and Equanimity.
Washinkai Karate is the Municipal School of Karate of Javea, its members form the Official Karate Team of Javea and is supported and sponsored by Javea Ayuntamiento
